Brainstorming

  • 8 x 8 cheap RGB LED Matrix such as ORM 2088RGB-5 (text on the back CILE 2088RGb-5
  • Combined with backplate such as https://github.com/logos-electromechanical/RGB-matrix-backpack or grove led matrix driver
  • The backplate should be modified to include:
    • pass-through current and ground
    • One line with one resistor in x direction and one in y to calculate number of connected matrices
    • Databus x and y wise
    • For connection, socket connectors on each side or cinch connectors should be used
